You are probably familiar with photos of blooming tulip fields like this one on a postcard shot by Yann Arthus-Bertrand as part of the Earth from Above series. The photo was taken near Lisse.
This is the area where the world-famous spring park attraction, Keukenhof🔗 is located. You can check🔗 when the tulips are blooming in a particular season, see forecasts and up-to-date photos in order to plan a visit accordingly.
And below is the postcard that I’ve made.

The sand glued to the paper and covered with decoupage varnish-glue is from the foot of one of the tallest dunes at the nearby North Sea coast. Basically you take the next main road Westward, bike about 10 minutes, and at the end of the road you bump into these huge dunes. The pathway through is pretty steep and it is a kind of a sudden experience when you reach the top and finally see the coastline, the sea and the dunes — all that open space and amazing colours.
